Clearances are required for all newly hired District employees.

All persons that have direct contact with students, including, but not limited to, teachers, student teachers, support staff, administrators, board members, coaches, substitutes, maintenance and custodial staff, food service staff, and office employees. (fees are associated with clearances)

  • Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check (Act 34 Clearance)

  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Report (Act 151 Clearance)

  • FBI Federal Criminal History Report (Act 114 Clearance)
